Hilton Glasgow – Missing TripAdvisor Listing

Hello MapCreator Team,
Today I’m contacting you in regard to a possible issue that is related to the following business – Hilton Glasgow.

Kindly note that businesses which are categorized as hotels and venues are linked with their TripAdvisor listing which gives the possibility to Here WeGo users to book, to see current rating and comments shared by other users. Last but not least, TripAdvisor also provides a short description and images which are directly pulled out from their listing.

Unfortunately, Hilton Glasgow is not linked with its TripAdvisor listing which excludes the booking option and the other aforementioned benefits. We would like to ask if we can manually link our business with TripAdvisor or we should contact the support team for assistance?

This took a little while to investigate as we were unsure if the issue was with HERE or Trip Advisor. The good news is that a colleague has resolved your issue and the click-through Trip Advisor link has been added in the back end of our system. This will update on the website in due course.!
