Gremlins again at the new Lidl Car Park. This is a circular car park as marked

You won't see it on the current Here Maps aerial view can be seen elsewhere. At that location there was a bus depo, it's now shrunk hence the spur off to the left since the building takes up the back apart from that and the entrance. Front and left, car park. A slither at the back is still a bus depo.

There is a spear to the top left as I put in – 2 way. The rest is a rectangular circle. Clockwise.

First the spur got deleted then someone bless them decided there was no circular flow. For car navigation units you need this detail in so it doesn't show you are off pista and locks to your position ASAP.

Suspect a change of use of the space needs to be put in by Here Maps as well.
