    Hi,

I have received feedback that this is a private road. Is it possible to confirm whether this is correct?

We use the HERE.com database for telematics data speed limits and a user wants to challenge whether this is actually a 20 mph road.

Sorry is this is not the correct place to raise the issue.

    Thanks

    Tom

its a standard road to a farm so is not a private road, and its speed is NSL (60 mph). there are no official signs to say otherwise. Even if there is a small sign that said 20mph that is not a legal sign its only advisory. Any road that is not signed is NSL and speed signs must be standard NL signs not small round ones like you get in 40mph zones.
It is also a cycle route so certainly not a private road.

    Hi Gordon,

Thanks so much for the quick response.

I really appreciate your help with this.

    Kind regards

    Tom
