I checked into Map Editor and the update for an access road has been approved and complete, but when I go to the normal map program it is not there. Is there a delay in uploading new information to the map which people use to get directions?
Hi Will, Thanks for your contribution to the maps. Yes, there is a delay in the updates passing through the database to our end products due to quality assurance checks. It takes approx. 2 weeks to appear on the wego.here.com website, and longer for the HERE We Go app. Our third party products like maps in GPS devices, in-car navigation and apps all vary depending on the customer’s update frequency.
