under construction

Hi, I added a new road which will be soon opened, but how can I add the "construction" flag which is possible for a few road types?

Hi, the newly added street first has to be moderated and processed. Only after a successful integration it makes sense to enter the info for closures/constructions. Therefore you don´t see the option for road closures for these new street segments (compared to other streets nearby). So far the HERE Traffic Team, that receives the road closure reports,, doesn´t have the new roads in its system and wouldn´t be able to enter the constructions anyway.
