Speed limits in Germany in Residential Areas

    How can the speed limit on a Residential Road be 100? The link South has a speed limit of 30. I cannot see whether this link and the next links should be 30 or 50 (but certainly not more). See this al the time in Germany. The default seems to be 100!

    the default for SL, outside built-up-areas is 100km/h (pls compare with the BUA outlines). The main roads which are continuously driven by HERE True cars, have their checked SL, the rural side roads have mostly 100km/h if not already changed, f.ex. by Community Users.
