The detected speed limit is 30 kph, but that speed is only at night 22-06 … is there any way for HERE to add times to speed limits?
There are MANY places in Germany with times speed limit changes, even on the A8…

The best thing is if you send these speed limits with the corresponding links to mapcreatorgermany@here.com.
Then they can check whether this restriction already exists or whether it needs to be supplemented.
