Rue de Villemont -deleted part by error

    I wanted to correct the location of rue de villemont (it was shifted to the left).
    Unfortunately I deleted it by error, and I am not able to create it again. I cannot create new road. Is this a bug, I don't know.
    If someone can correct this I'll be happy.

    It is OK.
    I was able to put it back after log off / log in.
    On Google Chrome it is very buggy.
