Road Not Showing Up

I have a road that used to show up on my GPS map and now it only comes up as bread crumbs or brown trail dots. It stopped working after Tomball Ford service center replaced my APIM. The reason they did this was my true north on my maps would not stay on the setting I selected and every time I got back in the vehicle I had to reset it. The road is Tollway 249 north of Tomball Texas. This is a new road was completed 2 years ago. If I look on the your maps above 249 rd shows up clearly so you have this road in your system. It only no longer comes in on my vehicle GPS. Note again that the older 249 section form Houston Beltway 8 to Tomball TX still comes in. But that it is the the NEWER addition of 249, from north Tomball TX to hwy 105, that is no longer coming in (comes in as bread crumbs) but used to work fine before Tomball service center replaced my APIM
