A few months ago the city of Los Angeles changed the speed limit of Zelzah Ave from Chatsworth Street, south to Nordhoff Street from 40 MPH to 45 MPH. I submitted the change but it was rejected by Here reviewers. There seems to be no way to "prove" that this change has taken place: No one to appeal to and no proof that I can submit to anyone. Does anyone have any idea as to what to do in this situation? The General Guidlines seem to be not helpful in this situation

Here’s a link to recent (February 2018) speed-limit changes in the city of Los Angeles. Please note that the SL on Zelzah Ave to Nordhoff St has changed to 45 MPH. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4390408-Speed-Limit-Changes.html
