PT Unicon Precast Concrete berdiri pada tahun 2007. Pada awalnya, perusahaan ini berfokus pada bidang usaha jasa konstruksi dan importir bahan bangunan. Dan di tahun selanjutnya manajemen mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan diversifikasi usaha di bidang precast concrete dengan membangun pabrik baru dengan nama PT. Unicon Precast Concrete yang bergerak dibidang produksi precast beton. Dan proyek pertama adalah pembangunan pagar tol. Seiring dengan pembangunan infrastruktur yang begitu pesat maka PT Unicon Precast Concrete melebarkan produksi di bidang pemagaran Pagar Kereta Api custom di area Jawa Tengah. Dan di tahun yang sama manajemen memutuskan untuk mengkonsentrasikan seluruh SDM perusahaan untuk menggeluti produk precast beton dibidang saluran precast dan tipe precast lainnya.
