In Western Australia, U turns are only allowed if signposted with a white rectangular sign with lettering "U Turn Permitted". If this sign is not present U turns are not permitted. Most of intersections in HERE maps allow U turns to happen. I am not sure if HERE navigation should encourage this (Police can issue a fine for this) and if we are supposed to correct this type of coding.

Hello Zarko, We normally do follow these specifications for WA road rules (and other states that are the same) however it’s possible we don’t have all of these coded. If you notice any that allow U-turns when they shouldn’t please let us know. Is this specific point where you linked (Farrington and North Lake Rd) one where they aren’t permitted?
