incorrect addresses on ford navigation and a road that has been closed in 2004

    #1. We purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick in November 2023. We could not put in our CORRECT address because Ford Navigation(HERE) has it entered wrong. After further investigation, this error affects our address and two of our neighbors. The addresses affected are 1704 Coal Creek Road, MURRAYVILLE, IL, 1714 Coal Creek Road, MURRAYVILLE, IL and 1722 Coal Creek Road, MURRAYVILLE, IL. Our address is the 1714 house. The Ford Navigation(HERE) has all of these addresses INCORRECTLY listed as ROODHOUSE, IL. I have lived here for over 40 years and our mail is delivered to 1714 Coal Creek Road, Murrayville, IL 62668, Please correct this in your system as soon as possible. It was correct in my 2019 Ford Edge at one time.

    #2. If you are driving north on Coal Creek Road from our house and want to go to Jacksonville IL, our navigation wants us to turn left on King Road. King Road/Stevenson Road (involves Scott and Morgan Counties) was CLOSED at the railroad crossing in May of 2004! This road is a dead end!! Please fix this on your navigation system also.
