There is a massive underground construction in Warsaw now. Many roads have been closed, some of them do not even exist now. They will be open not earlier than in 2019 or 2020. How should I mark it on the map, so that navigation software doesn’t route me there?

Please use the “Report a Map Problem” function (right mouse click menu) to report that situation. Our local mapping expert will review the feedback an make the necessary changes to the map.

adding a road that is closed for a short time is not allowed on Here maps, for simple reason is by time the map data is sent to gps providers it can take upto a year so by time they have it the road will be open again and confuse anyone that uses a gps device. Just because it may show on Here MapCreator does not mean its suitable for gps devices.
Here send the data to gps companies who take a minum of 3 months to convert it to their format and another month to compile it all. each provider takes a different time so could be anything from 4 months to 1 year to release new maps.

Here maps do not allow adding closed roads due to the significant time delay between map data submission and its integration into GPS devices, which can take up to a year.

Despite showing on Here MapCreator, such data may not be suitable for GPS devices as it can cause confusion. Each GPS provider takes varying amounts of time, ranging from 4 months to a year, to release updated maps after receiving data from Here.
