How long to correct info?

My apologies if this is something that has been answered somewhere. I find the “communications” side of the HERE site to be difficult to use.

I’m in British Columbia, Canada. I have corrected the inaccurate information HERE displays on its map. While our Tesla is accurate, our Ford Mach-E, which uses map data from here, is ridiculously inaccurate.

Does anyone on this board now how long it takes for HERE to correct their maps?
