Why are Freeway On Ramps, which regularly see traffic doing the posted Freeway Speed limits of 60 MPH, Considered Residential with lower then 60 MPH Speed Limits? I recently changed a bunch of these inside Seattle and was denied due to "Outside of Spec" or "Database reflects reality". How is this possible when freeway Onramps are regularly traversed at 60 MPH, and give No Access to Local business, residential stops, or anything otherwise?

HERE frequently doesn’t seem to understand the difference between a yellow-orange “advisory” speed sign and the maximum speed limit signs (white). I’ve tried to get many ramps and interchanges fixed in the Los Angeles area with little success so far.
