Editing directions

Hello. Sorry if this is not the right place to ask. I was told by Nissan that since they had INCORRECT directions to my home on their navigation, I could edit the directions in this Map Creator and leave a note on why their directions are wrong and the edit I’ve made is better. I cannot seem to find how to do that in this app. Can anyone direct me as to how to accomplish this?

When you open the website, you will see an icon that has layers. click it, then when you’re zoomed in enough, check the box beside “House Numbers”. You should then see addresses. click them so you can select where the house is. The red dot is the routing point. move it to where the driveway of the house and where the main road meet.
