It is confusing to have this segment one way toward the Victoria bridge. Yes, in rush hour, traffic does flow here, but otherwise it does not.
How are exceptions such as time of day, etc. handled?
I’ve made the smaller segments between the two main directions closed to traffic and have fixed the turn directions at Bridge/Des Irlandais.
