Has anybody else in the U.S. had an issue with the Buick Encore update freezing their navigation system? HERE sent me two updates. Both said they were successful but the update is not listed in the system. And, navigation will now not initialize. I have talked with HERE three times, Buick twice, went to Buick service who had the same issue with my car and they are telling me that something in the update has frozen my navigation system and it will require a new radio/navigation unit at $1,200. I have emailed HERE two times about this and they have not answered me. My next step is to file a complaint and demand a meeting with Buick’s regional manager. Any advice?
