    Is it possible to mark boat ramps on Here maps? Perhaps with attributes such as whether they are all tides or high tide only, 4WD only, locked gates etc

    It is possible to add the road that becomes a boat ramp with a name “Boat ramp” the problem will be in your GPS.

    If you were consistent and called all boat ramps “Boat Ramp” you could search for boat ramp near a location, but you would have to do all the create/naming work, then wait for it to filter through to your GPS update.
