In Map Creator, for a park I know, the ways have the road type “Trail”. But these are not unpaved trails. Most ways are paved, asphalt, concrete, cobblestones. They are designated for both pedestrians and bicycles, park personnel drives on them with lorries and sometimes a police car slowly drives a round. So, wouldn’t road type “Pedestrian Road” be more appropriate for them?

For what it’s worth, I completely agree. The key phrase in the description of Trail is “vehicular access is physically not possible”.
