As I travel on most major highways and interstate highways, the towns do not appear. I’m seeing the towns as I’m driving past them but they are not on the map. This is a problem for me as I travel a lot. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the dealer can’t find any solution.
Are you referring to your in car navigation system or to our community mapping tool Map Creator?
How can add the category of ” City, Town or Village?
Hi John, we do have the official admin names for cities, towns or villages in our map. If they do not appear in your nav system, please contact Jeep customer service.
In Map Cerator, you canno0t directly change or add an adimistrative name. You could use the §Report a map problem” (right mouse click) to report any issue.
