Apart from they close it in the winter. The one to the left is a monument and can't be accessed, That track I took months ago,
it should still be listed but marked “Seasonal Closures”
Well it’s been towed away now so you wouldn’t know it existed :)…
& there is no trail on Trinity House jetty… to the left, somebody keeps putting it on, I keep taking it off. It’s a private landmark but it isn’t open to the public. It sits there you view it from the end point of the road down. Trinity House itself is a private dwelling.
& for train spotters it’s put up in Neylands in the winter along the jetty.
There seem to be a couple of seasonal jetties that a brought out along the water way. This one serves the purpose of crab fishing and for those with a bob or two to motor across to the Jolly Sailor in the summer months. It’s a mobile summer month amenity. Gone again winter 2019/20.
Suspect the fear is it would get swept out to sea in the winter months.
& Trinity House Pier is privately owned by Trinity House which is a private dwelling. AirBnB available.
