This is NOT a through road There is a LOCKED GATE at the end of this private road. There is no passage west of 28194 and 28205 Rolling Hills. It is not possible to get from 88 to Wandering Hills/Shake Ridge via Rolling Hills. It is exceptionally DANGEROUS to send people down this road in the winter, icy, steep, no cell phone coverage to get help. Compare Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps correctly as a walkway between Rolling Hills. https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5057734,-120.5030364,19z
