Hi,
I have 9 pictures in my Map Creator app outbox (android) that fail to upload to my geospace.
they all have error ‘request failed with status code 500’.
What does that mean ?
What can I do to get them uploaded. Thanks
Rudy B • February 12, 2020 at 9:44 am UTCDeleted all picutres, in Map Creator app, rebooted phone and took a new batch of pictures
Again, pictures won’t upload.
This time error with status code 401
Rudy B • February 14, 2020 at 2:27 pm UTCIn the last 10 days there were 3 updates to Map Creator app for Android.
Wonder if that has something to do with the upload issue. With today’s update, it still does not work though
Rudy B • February 15, 2020 at 7:45 am UTCAnd this morning there is another update to the app, so that makes 4 updates in 10 days.
Images still won’t upload to Geospace though

Rudy B • February 27, 2020 at 8:57 am UTCFurther update ….
2 more updates have been released to the app since my previous post. Still no luck uploading the images though.
I wonder if there is a place where we can see the changes that go with each update of the app ?
Most other android apps get their updates through the google store or such, and there, the changes in each update can be seen, But the Map Creator App seems to get its updates directly from the web, so the changes are not visible in the way we are used to ….Thanks

Today there was an other update to the Map Creator app on Android (v 2020.03.07) and this one did the trick.
Images can now be uploaded to the Geospace again! Thanks!
