    The JUNCTION VIEW file (AUSTRALIA, 2017.Q1) in my car’s sat nav appears to be:

    (a) Incomplete, and
    (b) Outdated.

    Please see the attached photograph of the sat nav screen (sorry about the blurriness).

    I am using:

    (a) AUSTRALIA, 2018.Q3 map (which, is the latest), and
    (b) ALPINE, INE-Z928E AU sat nav.

    How do I correct this?

    Hello Michael, It looks like the map update was not loaded correctly or completely. You will need to try and load again, or contact Alpine to solve the issue. regards, Shona

    I have reloaded the map, but the problem is still present.

    I will contact Alpine…
