Ortsbezeichnung in Map Creator ändern

Hallo

Wie und wo kann man Ortsbezeichnungen im Map Creator ändern. Bei Strassennahmen ist das klar, aber bei Ortsnamen oder Teile von Orten ist mir nicht klar.

do you mean the name of the town? if you do this cannot be changed as that is an internal feature only.
please be more specific on what you would like to change?

In the map the local district “Fortunau” of the village 1966 Ayent, Switzerland has a very old name “Forutnoz” – it is not wrong but out of use.

The official name is “Fortunau”.

this is only something that can be done internally by senior HERE staff and not a quick or easy thing to change.
if you send them an email with as much detail as you can give them it may be possible to change that, but only they can answer that

I will send a change request to the Core Map Team.
Have already answered you by mail as well.
As Gordon said this kind of changes (f.ex. admin changes) can only be made in the HERE database itself, not in Map Creator. That´s why the only way is to let us know via mail in order to forward to the relevant internal HERE teams.
