Is there a way to allow trusted members with a good amount of edits behind them facility to edit locked roads?

Thanks for your question – currently this is not possible due to our database quality preservation for all (advanced) attributes on these ‘higher’ road types.
We are, however, in the process of developing our ‘Map Master’ program – a program in which we would like to engage our top users and offer to them this role of becoming a HERE ambassador, with extended rights in Map Creator, responsibility and prominence within the community.
We’ll be communicating about this soon in the coming months!
