Issue with Centerline download and HERE online not matching

    I am working on updating a center line shapefile for an internal application, but the center line on here online is not the same as the downloaded file. In fact the file is also different from the download that we received in 2016. Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows about how to issue a complaint?

    Hi Walter,
    which product did you purchase with the centerline data? What does the centerline represent, a road, a track?
    The Map Creator reflects the most recent Here data and the MC user changes. Since 2016 the road data may have changed in that area.
