Is this where I can edit the map I see in my BMW?

We recently bought a BMW EV and the map in it has been frustrating trying to find charging points. In particular, I’d like to add on that isn’t there but when I try to do that, I don’t see a service listed for EV charging point. Oddly there is EV battery swap but not a way to add EV charging points. How do I do this?
