Road not redesignated as "B311". The municipality of Mengen is responsible for road construction. The B311 still leads through Rulfingen until the redesignation.
Hi Hans,
official sources might indicate the road number “B311” on the new road stretch. Means that for a certain time period both parts get this road number. That´s HERE naming guidelines
