I recently gave feedback about a wrong map assignment. I received the following response: “”We regret that we are unable to process your request. In order to complete an investigation, when submitting feedback, provide more information.”
However, I don’t see any space/form to upload additional information. I would have expected a free text field. That would improve feedback. I also received an email from a do_not_reply address, so I can’t send additional information either.
