Default Rural Speed Limits

    I've been correcting what I can, but I noticed HERE (and thus also Garmin Maps) has speed limits for 2 lane rural roads set to 25 mph by default. Almost all roads out of city limits have 55 mph speed limits here in central California. This causes HERE (and Garmin) to recommend poor driving directions because it tries to avoid these 25 mph roads (when they're all 55 mph roads). I'm posting this because there's simply too many roads with incorrect speed limits to correct. Thank you.
