Crimson Ct is the Primary Name

The City Council of Taylorsville officially named this street 'W Crimson Ct' on 14 August 2012 after being petitioned unanimously by all 8 residents on this street to have it officially named. Prior to the naming, the street was known only as 'W 6130 S'. All streets in the Salt Lake Valley that receive an actual official name by order of a local municipality are primarily named by the new name that they receive; however, they also retain their prior numbered designation. In this case, it is appropriate for both names to appear on the map, but the primary name of 'Crimson Ct' should be listed first, as it is the primary and official designation of the street. 'W 6130 S' is a secondary designation that should also be retained for reference.
