Conditional speed limit

    The speed limit on this road is 80 km/h.
    There is a conditional speed limit of 70 km/h, but this is only for trucks, busses with trailers, cars with trailers and motorcycles with trailers.
    Shouldn't this road be marked as 80 km/h?
    I submitted an edit, but it was resolved as reverted.
