App allowing speed limit changed in 5 mph increments

When will Here maps come into the 21st century. I reported that the mapping system app for Here will not allow speed increments of 5 mph (example 15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65, etc). This was reported over a year ago and still nothing. I have been trying to change the speed limit on one road for 2 years from 35 mph to 55 mph which it has always been 55 mph for 60 years that I can verify. Why are the Here creators not listening?

I put in a State Employee’s Credit Union for over a year every month with photos and still they declined the update. Finally, they said DUH, it is there now, but it had been open over a year.
