adding an estate

Hi everyone, I want to add map data for a newly-built estate and there is very little data added for that estate. One possibility that i see, is to add the streets or roads based on the satellite imagery from Map Creator, but there are very many streets to add. Any tips that I can use?
Let me know if there is any information that i can share that can help you to better understand my question.

We have the option to add the built-up area directly in our core map (core map is our base map where all changes from Map creator go). So if you have any construction plans or maps of the new built up area you can send them to mapcreatorgermany@here.com. Otherwise you can add in Map Creator what is possible and let me know about it.
