It would be great if we could use an OpenStreetMap as background layer. Sometimes the lookout of roads is more precise and more up-to-date within OpenStreetMap than those within Here maps. That’s because the OpenStreetMap editors often have access to latest high quality aerial photos of a country whereas within Here map creator we have to use many years outdated Aerial photos.
Also tagging (road names etc.) could be a useful help for editing.
Of course not to blindly copy roads of OpenStreetMap into Here, but as a helpful additional source of information to the (often outdated) Here Aerials.
